ActiveX
CONTROL SETTINGS
The NetCam startup window may ask you for ACTIVE X control. If you see a
box with a small x in it, click on the box with an x in it, and if prompted, CLICK on
Install ActiveX ______________________________________________________________________________
If
the picture still does not work after ActiveX is installed, you may have to change some settings in the Internet Explorer
browser: SEE "To Configure ActiveX in Internet Explorer", below
WebMaster
NOTE: If you see the message ActiveX is not supported, then your browser does not recognize ActiveX at all.
Netscape, Opera, or some other browsers other than Internet Explorer usually do not support ActiveX. In my opinion,
you can get a much better Web Browser online, free. I have used AVANT BROWSER which you can download FREE at http://www.avantbrowser.com/download.html. This browser will usually NOT have the same troubles, not to mention, the security problems you are faced with using
Internet Explorer.
